Customer must provide written notice to Aerogen no later than ten (10) calendar days after delivery to return device(s). Customer may return to Aerogen a Product purchased directly from Aerogen for up to thirty (30) days after purchase. Please refer to our terms of sale for more details.

The Aerogen Solo and Ultra can nebulize physician-prescribed medications for inhalation, which are approved for use with a general-purpose nebulizer. For more information on specific drugs and dosages, please contact our clinical team by emailing MedicalScience@aerogen.com.
The life of the Aerogen Solo nebulizer has been validated for intermittent use for a maximum of 28 days (based upon a typical usage profile of 4 treatments per day.)For continuous use, the life of the Aerogen Solo nebulizer and the continuous nebulization tube set has been qualified for use for a maximum of 7 days.
